Terry Fox
Once again, the École Montessori Internationale was pleased to organize its annual “Terry Fox” Day, which took place on Thursday, September 28, 2017.

We are all proud to be associated with the Terry Fox Foundation and we believe that our involvement in this worthy cause will guide us towards a meaningful and successful school year!

The activity took place in Marcelin-Wilson Park, which is close to the school. The students were able to walk and run on the park trail, which formed a loop of about 800 meters. Students were encouraged to complete the course several times to reach a total of 1.5km, 3km or 5km.

The staff, parents and administration were there to supervise and assist students throughout the course.

We thank you warmly for your support!

Reading Week
Let’s celebrate our love of reading!

Teachers organize a variety of exciting and thrilling activities for this special week.
This event, which is all about the pleasure of reading, encourages our families to live a week without television, without the Ipad and without video games!

This is the perfect time to challenges yourself and take your reading skills to the next level. One of the objectives for our parents is to serve as a model for their children. Even the parents’ minutes will be taken into account in the child’s reading passport.

Children are encouraged to read a variety of texts such as a newspaper, a recipe, a poem, an article, a novel, a play, who knows?

It is a great time to discover new genres! A great opportunity to read with your friends and family!

Would you like to enrich our program and come to read a story to the students? Be sure to give your name to the secretary!

Reading week the year Monday, May 14 to May 18.

Francophonie Week

This exciting thematic week is a celebration of the Francophone cultural identity; the week promotes a strong sense of belonging to the French culture. A variety of interesting activities are offered to students to promote the French language.

100th Day of Learning and Perseverance Day What a beautiful celebration!
At École Montessori Internationale Montréal, we celebrate sustained efforts and academic perseverance!
Many activities are organized, including the 100th day of learning celebration!

Celebrate your children’s accomplishments and encourage their perseverance!

The projects on display great creativity and quality! Let your creativity flow!

You will be asked to create a three-dimensional project that includes the number 100. You may choose the subject of your project. All the projects are put on display in the Salle Chalhoub. This is truly a magnificent and impressive exhibit!

What a fantastic way to encourage the children to take pride in their work!

Valentine’s Day

A grand community breakfast takes place each year on Valentine’s Day! Wow! What a beautiful Valentine’s Day meal! Lots of love! Each year, our school principal prepares 150 pancakes that we eat with syrup, fruits, croissants, chocolatines, yogurts and cheese cubes! Your usual generosity and involvement make this activity a great success! It’s a date!
